We want to be as transparent as possible with our pricing. We don't have hidden fees and taxes are included in the price we quote you. 

Words or names are typically $15 per item if less than one inch tall and fewer than about 20 letters. We typically charge $20 per item if more than 20 letters long or more the one inch tall because of the supplies used and time.

We charge a one-time digitizing fee of $20 per logo. Minor changes such as size or color to the logo are free.

Logo embroidery does vary based on size and complexity of the design but is typically anywhere from $15 per item to $35. Large (jacket-back type) may be more expensive. Bulk orders may be cheaper than the above cost. 

One-off custom orders are more expensive because of the time we invest and typical intricacy of the design. 

Most embroidery companies do not allow this because of the risk of damaging the garment, towel, blanket, etc.  Yes, we will embroider your provided piece. However, understand that there is a small chance of damage that we cannot be liable for. If it is for a blanket, please give us the fabric or the unfinished quilt (just the top, the back/backing not attached). 

We do work with a few wholesalers and can get almost any apparel you want. 

Yes? No? Um.... It depends.  Most stockings are very difficult to embroider well. Many store-bought stockings may look like they have perfect 90 degree corners and straight edges but don't. This makes embroidered names on them look off-kilter. The top opening of the stocking may not be large enough for our machine. The material of the stocking may be difficult to embroider on such as long faux-fur or knit material. Ask us! The worst we'll say is "sorry, no". Also, please allow time for us to complete this - two weeks before Chistmas is not enough time. 

We currently have roughly 60 color choices. Give us an idea of the color you want, or a screenshot and we'll do our best to match it!

We have hundreds of fonts at our disposal - even a Lego font. For example, there are dozens of cursive fonts. One of the best ways is to find the font you want in your favorite word-processing program (IE: Microsoft Word, etc.) and tell us the name. Screenshots also work. We have software that can usually tell us the name of the font from a screenshot or picture.

We have a commercial Melco Bravo 16 head (needle) machine capable of 1,000 stitches per minute. This ain't your mother-in-law's sewing machine, haha! We pride ourselves on using Madeira Polyneon thread and Madeira backing, topping, and bobbing thread. The color won't fade. 

We obtain most of our apparel through S&S Activewear, SanMar wholesalers. Check them out if you're interested in us providing you with apparel! We can get it! We have also used Amazon, All Stitch, and other suppliers.
